The SCHNITT squad is all about beer. It has always been their passion and one of the main reasons they wake up every morning. They pour their hearts into their work until it’s a decent hour to grab the first cold one and take it easy from there.
Driven by the love for beer, they decided to start brewing their own – from scratch, grain to glass. But they are not about rushing. Like a sloth, they like to take things slowly, letting everything soak in. What’s the actual rush, anyway? With this mindset, the team focuses on producing small batch, premium quality beers that are always changing and updating.
SCHNITT invites you to enjoy the little notes, colors, flavors, and aromas in each glass of their cold, freshly made draught beers. Have a good laugh, share a serious moment with an old friend, or meet a new one while you’re at it.

Literally meaning a “cut” in German, “schnitt” also refers to that last final sip of beer you need after closing the tab, before heading elsewhere or home. Never hesitate to ask them for it. They’ll be happy to supply that extra last pump of juice before you head anywhere, after spending some quality time with them. And if you have a brand mascot, why not turn it into the cutest gang, with each and every character carrying their own expertise in different fields of life, but all sharing a common lifestyle and approach.
After presenting all the sloths we created with our super talented illustrator friend Dioz, a question came from the crowd – How come there are no lady sloths? The next action needed to be taken was clear, and so, more lady sloths were born.
