PITZI, meaning “tiny” in Hebrew, began as a petite coffee canteen, serving freshly brewed coffee from early morning to early evening, along with a limited selection of sandwiches and pastries. As the women-powered business organically cultivated a strong community, it eventually expanded to a larger location. Equipped with a full kitchen, PITZI extended its offerings to include a comprehensive breakfast to late lunch menu, along with a Friday brunch. They also started showcasing their acclaimed cakes and pastries for customers to take home, in addition to a wide array of deli and grab & go items.

Consequently, an identity was crafted portraying PITZI as a female persona, directly engaging with her beloved community. Emphasizing her petite size but significant mission, bold letters were used in the logo. A pleasant and elegant color palette was selected, featuring smoky-peach and classic pink, complemented by grey, cream, and brown.
