Established in 2011 in Tel Aviv, MIZNON represents Eyal Shani’s unique take on the authentic pita joints of the Levant and Mediterranean. Since its inception, MIZNON has expanded its footprint across the globe, with locations spanning from New York to Singapore.
We embarked on a mission to rebrand this acclaimed culinary destination, preserving its minimalist and artisanal essence while highlighting MIZNON’s core values and Eyal Shani’s profound philosophy about food and its connection to people.
Established in 2011 in Tel Aviv, MIZNON represents Eyal Shani’s unique take on the authentic pita joints of the Levant and Mediterranean. Since its inception, MIZNON has expanded its footprint across the globe, with locations spanning from New York to Singapore.
We embarked on a mission to rebrand this acclaimed culinary destination, preserving its minimalist and artisanal essence while highlighting MIZNON’s core values and Eyal Shani’s profound philosophy about food and its connection to people.
While rebranding can often be a daunting task, it was far from challenging in this case. Eyal Shani’s distinctive vocabulary and tone, along with his unique script handwriting (which we’ve transformed into a custom font), served as the foundation for creating the brand’s new identity. The result is a maximalist style of typography and doodles, complemented by a soothing palette of greens, greys, and creams. To accentuate craftsmanship, freshness, and natural flavors, we selected brown craft paper for all our packaging.

Each MIZNON location around the world boasts its own exclusive pita or dish, served only at that specific spot. To celebrate this diversity, we conceived the idea of producing a series of postcards, reminiscent of “Greetings from,” with each MIZNON contributing a recipe for its flagship pita or dish that can be recreated at home.
Additionally, we introduced the mini-brand “MIZNON in a Box” to promote the large delivery service, suitable for gatherings of up to 100 people.

During this campaign, every customer who purchased a pita and a beer received a scratch card with a host of prizes, including beers, sides, a dinner for two at one of the group’s restaurants, and the grand prize – a weekend getaway in one of the MIZNON cities around the world for a couple, complete with a meal at the local MIZNON location.
