When the team from COUNTRY CLUB approached us about their latest venture situated atop one of the center’s rooftops, we were in for a captivating surprise. Once again, the mall unveiled an unprecedented space – an open-air sanctuary surrounded by walls. At first glance, it struck us as an abandoned swimming pool, and from that moment, the name and concept were born. COUNTRY CLUB aspired to transform into an expansive complex, offering not just a restaurant but a cocktail tiki bar, hosting lively parties and exclusive private events. The menu boasts a fusion of influences, ranging from the laid-back California style of tacos and burgers to the sizzling allure of Asian charcoal BBQ.
